Fast Cure, UV Stable
Polyaspartic Floor Coatings in Orlando
Polyaspartic is the topcoat we put over nearly every floor we install in Central Florida. It cures fast, stays clear under UV exposure, and handles the temperature swings that cause standard epoxy to amber and chalk.
Standard epoxy is a great bonding basecoat but it yellows under sunlight. Polyaspartic doesn't. On garages with west-facing doors, lanais, patios, and any space that sees daylight, a polyaspartic topcoat is what keeps the color you picked looking like the color you picked five years later.
Cure speed is the other advantage. Polyaspartic sets in hours rather than days, which makes single-day installations realistic and gets vehicles back in the garage the next morning. It also tolerates a wider application temperature range, so Florida summer heat and winter cold snaps don't stall a project.
Abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and flexibility all exceed standard epoxy, and the coating can be finished from satin to high gloss with optional anti-slip aggregate blended into the final pass.
Won't Yellow in the Sun
UV-stable chemistry keeps whites white and colors true, even on sun-exposed patios and lanais.
Next-Day Vehicle Traffic
Fast cure times mean single-day installs and a garage you can use again almost immediately.
More Flexible Than Epoxy
Greater elongation lets the coating move with a Florida slab instead of cracking over it.
