Polished concrete isn't a coating at all — it's the slab itself, refined. Progressive diamond grits cut and refine the surface while a chemical densifier hardens it from within, producing a floor that can't delaminate because there's nothing on top to fail.
We work through a sequence of bonded and resin diamond grits, choosing the exposure level with you first: a cream finish keeps the slab's original surface, salt-and-pepper reveals fine aggregate, and a full aggregate exposure opens up the stone for a terrazzo-like look.
A lithium silicate densifier is applied mid-process to react with the concrete and harden the surface permanently, then final grits bring the sheen from satin to high gloss. A penetrating stain guard adds oil and water repellency without forming a film.
The result is exceptionally cost-effective on large floor plates, reflects light to reduce lighting load, and maintains with nothing more than an auto-scrubber and clean water. It's the right call for warehouses, retail, breweries, and modern residential interiors.
